a place of quiet solitude – of life

the wonderful meeting of earth and sky

the smell of the forest after a rain

visually, my eyes take in the colour ‘green’ so abundant in the Ferns, Pines, Mosses, Grass

a butterfly emerges to discover the nectar found among the rich variety of flowers and ferns to sustain her journey onward

I come with a grateful heart to embrace life, oxygen, and the natural beauty found in the forest to sustain me for another day
